SCOPE This specification defines general requirements for raw materials acrylonitrile-EPDM-styrene copolymer applied to interior or exterior parts of a vehicle. 2. MATERIAL INDICATION Material indication: % AES# Detailed contents shall conform to the in

3、dication method of synthetic resin materials for vehicles. (Spec. No: GMW3116) 3. APPLICATION 3.1. Type 1: UV stabilized heat resistance raw materials which have heat deflection temperature of 90 min. Ex) Out side rear view mirror housing 3.2. Type 2: UV stabilized low gloss raw materials which have

4、 heat deflection temperature of 90 min. and gloss degree of 20 max especially. Ex) Out side rear view mirror Housing 3.3. Type 3: UV stabilized heat resistance raw materials which have heat deflection temperature of 90 min. and improved flowability especially. Ex) Trunk lid handle Notice to Use Part

5、s which were molded using this specification material can be damaged as contacted by foam, rubber, seal, PVC products with plasticizer such as DOP, DOA, etc., because contacted parts can be chemically cracked by plasticizers migration. So the use of product must be avoided in case of contact. But, i

TEST PIECE AND TEST 5.1. Test piece Test

Unless otherwise specified in the requirements of clause 4, they shall be conditioned at 235K and a relative humidity of 50% for 24 hours or more. 5.2.
