SCOPE The explanation for parts in the lower part of automotive exterior trim, cautions and film of trim lamp. 3. MATERIAL Film applied with

15、teel plate is applied with protective wax (L0000555) and stored 24hours at +235K. The detergent of high temperature and pressure is spouted on the whole surface of test piece for 30 seconds. The distance of test piece surface and jet is 205cm. No surface change and detachment of adhesive area.4.4. S
16、urface change test of film in adhesion 4.4.1. Resistance to fuel The test surface is rubbed to and fro with the cotton soaked to GME L0001, 6 times with a force of 102N. No discoloration4.4.2. Protectant test for steel plate Primer-coated and phosphated sheet metal shall be 250100 mm. The both side
17、of film is strongly rubbed with a protectant for 5 seconds. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS 5.1. No other s
18、pecial changes must occur for at least 12 months when stored at +5 to +30 in dry condition without direct solar radiation. 5.2. No permanent marks must remain when the force is exerted enough to write on the surface of screen printing and the protectant shall be easily removed without breaking of fi

APPROVAL AND QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCEDURE All raw material shall be approved and regularly inspected for its quality prior to and during mass production delivery according to approval and quality assurance procedure for chemical raw materials (Spec. no.
