5、4 3.4.2.1.2 Add EDS-M-8728 base thinner to the undiluted paint to adjust to specified viscosity at 20 . 3.4.2.2 Storage Stability under Undiluted Solution (EDS-T-7963). 3.4.2.2.1 Check the paint condition after exposure to chamber at 50 for normal hours and subsequent exposure from room temperature

6、to (20 2) . 3.4.2.2.2 Measure the storage status of paint (whether or not gelation and seeding of paint and increase of viscosity to compare with initial viscosity) for 24, 48, 72, 96, 120 hours by the 24 hours, and record it. 3.4.2.3 Dilution Stability. 3.4.2.3.1 Fill up the paint diluted with spec

7、ified viscosity into a mass cylinder capable of 500 , and expose it at a room temperature for 72 hours under sealing, and examine the condition of paint, and record the state of precipitation. 3.4.2.3.2 Get the mass cylinder upside down and back up repeatedly for 20 seconds for 10 times. After that,

8、 perform the sampling and coating on the upper area (250 ) and the lower area (250 ). There shall be no change in the appearances between the upper and the lower area. 3.4.2.4 Coating method. 3.4.2.4.1 Automatic application shall conform to the each plants process. 3.4.2.4.2 Manual application with

26、 40 3 , 98%RH min. 3.5.4.1.2 After test under test piece Condition A for 240 hours, there shall be no abnormalities in the film surface such as blistering, peeling-off, discoloration, etc. Blistering can be disregarded if it is minor and disappears after exposure to room temperature for 24 hours. 3.

27、5.4.1.3 After exposure to room temperature for 24 hours, adhesion shall be less than GT-1. 3.5.4.2 Gasoline Resistance (EDS-T-7909). 3.5.4.2.1 Unleaded gasoline (for commerce). 3.5.4.2.2 Use a 7 14 (1 2 sec/drop) of gasoline for 7 minutes. The test piece shall be set at 30 from the horizon. 3.5.4.2.
