4、or to installation of the test specimen. According to drawing specification the test temperature for pressure plates is +20 E (room temperature), and for clutch disks (+1803) E . 4.1.2 If the test is made above room temperature, allow the test specimen to soak at the test temperature for 30 minutes
5、at 700 min-1 subsequent to their installation in the burst chamber. 4.1.3 The linings to be tested must be part of a clutch disk assembly. 4.1.4 Install the balanced clutch pressure plate as a single part or as an assembly, depending on the test requirements. 4.2 Conditions. 4.2.1 Test Conditions. D
6、eviations from the requirements of this standard shall have been agreed upon. Such requirements shall be specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports, etc. 4.3 Instructions. 4.3.1 Accelerate the test specimen at a constant rate of 300 revolutions per second to a specified speed to be
7、maintained for 10 seconds, or to burst speed 4.3.2 In case of fracture the test stand will be switched off by a vibration switch, and the highest speed will be indicated. 4.4 Bogy. The test shall be made according to drawing specification with at least 3 test specimens. 5 Data 5.1 Evaluation. The sp
8、eed specified in the drawing shall be reached by each test specimen without defect. 6 Safety This standard may involve hazardous materials, operations, and equipment.
