2、: 2006. 06. 19 VERSION: 2 GM DAEWOO Auto & Technology 1. PURPOSE Determination of the service life of the cog wheel bearings for the different speeds. 2. EQUIPMENT 2.1. Twin test bench for transmissions, with electric-motor drive. 2.2. Temperature control device. 3. PREPARATION 3.1. Measure bore dia
3、meters of the cog wheels and shaft diameters of the bearing surfaces and their surface roughness. 3.2. Install the measured parts into the transmission. 3.3. Mount the transmission assembly on the test bench and shift into the gears required to obtain the maximum relative speed (highest and lowest g
4、ear ratio in the transmission). 3.4. Fill in specified amount and type of oil. 4. PROCEDURE 4.1. The speed at the transmission input is 6,000 min-1. 4.2. The maximum speed differences of the cog wheels compared with the main shaft are reached : at highest gear with transmission in lowest gear at low
5、est gear with transmission in highest gear 4.3. The transmission runs at no load. 4.4. The oil temperature is held between 353 K (= +80) and 393 K (= +120) with the temperature control device. 4.5. After termination of the test, the bearings are to be measured per 3.1 and the wear is to be determined. 5. BOGY 5.1. The number of test runs shall be at least 6. 5.2. Minimum running time 200 hrs, 100 hrs in highest and lowest (forward-) speed each, without damage of the bearing surfaces.
