3、MW14764. 1. PURPOSE This test procedure defines the durability test procedure of select control assembly to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the test. 2. SCOPE This test procedure shall be applied to the durability test of select control assembly. Requirements not specified in this test pro
4、cedure shall follow directions in drawings. 3. TEST EQUIPMENT 3.1. Rig for durability test of select control assembly. 3.2. Load Cell 3.3. Air Cylinder 3.4. Vacuum Pressure Gauge, Air Pressure Regulator 3.5. Control Panel 4. TEST PIECES PREPARATION 4.1. A test pieces shall meet the dimension on draw
5、ing and has no defects in visual inspection. 4.2. Prepare at least three test pieces. 5. TEST METHOD 5.1. “P” Select Fatigue Test 5.1.1. Apply 7kgf of load to select knob lever. 5.1.2. The test direction shall be P P (1 cycle), and BTSI shall not be worked. 5.1.3. Adjust operation frequency with 50,
6、000 Cycles, and cycle with 30CPM, and then conduct testing. 5.1.4. After the test, there is no defect of operation and functionality.
