3、804. 1. PURPOSE The purpose of this standard is to determine the friction forces of hydraulic tube type shock absorber. 2. EQUIPMENT 2.1. Vibrator: The device which vibrates, fixing the upper end part of shock absorber and varying the vibration number of the lower end part according to test conditio
4、ns. 2.2. Force measuring device: The device outfitted with the meters for stroke and speed (piston speed and capable of measuring and recording the damping force at the stroke and the speed). 2.3. Test equipment: machine type U.T.M (Universal Test Machine) Load Cell : Max. 500 N 3. TEST CONDITION 3.
5、1. Test stroke(S) = 20 mm 3.2. Test speed(rpm) = 0.4 3.3. Prepare at least 6 test samples. 3.4. In case of struts and cartridges having wheel suspending functions, mount the test sample as shown in Appendix 1. figure and measure. (bending loads : 0) 4. TEST PERFORMANCE 4.1. Mount the test sample on
6、the test machine as shown in Appendix 1 figure. 4.2. In case of struts and cartridges having wheel suspending function, measure and record the friction forces by varying the test torque in the automatic sequence. 4.3.
