3、ed for all future projects and replaced by GMW14540. 1. PURPOSE The purpose of this standard is to examine the damping force characteristics of hydraulic shock absorber at high temperature. 2. EQUIPMENT 2.1. Vibrator: The device which vibrates, fixing the upper end part of shock absorber and varying

4、 the speed of the lower end part according to testing conditions. 2.2. Force measuring device: The device outfitted with the meters for stroke and speed (pistion speed) and capable of measuring and recording the damping force at the stroke and the speed. 2.3. Temperature measuring device 2.4. X-Y re

5、corder 3. TEST CONDITIONS 3.1. Test according to EDS-T-2502. Test speeds shall be 50, 100, 200 rpm. 3.2. Test temperature t1 = 222K t2 = see chart 5 3.3. Heat the test sample from t1 to t2 by vibrating it at a test stroke of 100mm and a test speed of 200 rpm. 3.4. temperature measuring points shall

6、be the bottom of shock absorber in case of twin tube type and the center of outer tube in case of single tube type. 3.5. Prepare at least four test samples. 4. TEST PERFORMANCE 4.1.
