PURPOSE AND SCOPE This standard is applied for the purpose of examining a strut assembly for development by way of performing a lab durability test on the strut assembly using road load data at the stage of development. 2. TEST ITEMS 2.1. Objects to

Preparations for Test Strut Assembly (Damper, Spring, Upper Spring Seat, Spring, Upper Insulating Ring, Upper Strut Mount, Thrust Bearing, Lower Insulating Ring, Hollow Bumper etc.) Fig 1.

Displacement Transducer Sensor Install To obtain displacement data, mount displacement transducer to the vehicle by attaching it to the strut assembly toward the vertical direction. 4.2. RLDA Perform RDLA

11、according to its procedures (EDS-T-0002). 4.3. Drive File Generation Perform the process of data editing, FRF calculation, initial drive file generation, and iteration to generate a drive file in each road condition. Test Specification Conduct fatigue durability test on strut assembly by reproducing vertical displacement which affects on-road strut assembly based on the durability sc

13、hedule (EDS-T-9253) after measuring the on-load displacement data on Beijing Proving Ground Set durability target at BJPG PAVE 2.2k 100%. Conduct durability cycle as follows. SPL Size Set Durability Cycle (PAVE 2.2k) 3 100 % 4.4.1. Back up the drive file used using a CD and keep it with the test dep

14、artment and name the file as indicated in the drawing. 4.5. Test & result z Check during the test every two hours if there is any failure and metal crack, etc. If any, replace it and then proceed with the test. z Sampling for the strut system test must be done for 3 sets. * Refer to EDS-T-2533 for other test procedures. * Refer to EDS-T-9253 for durability test procedures of BJPG PAVE 2.2k
