Alternative test facilities and equipment may also be used. However, all measuring variables as specified in this standard shall be determined correctly with
4、respect to their physical definition. 3.1.3 Equipment. 3.1.3.1 Test shall be conducted with the window regulator installed in the vehicle condition, sliding resistance force (including glass) against the upward movement of the glass mounting part applied downward and sliding resistance force against
5、 the downward movement of the glass mounting part applied upward. 3.1.3.2 Sliding resistance force shall conform to drawing specifications. 3.1.3.3 Glass stroke shall conform to drawing specifications. 3.1.3.4 Unless specified otherwise, test shall be conducted at (205) E . 3.1.4 Test Piece. 3.1.4.1
6、 In the event of any intentional deviation from the requirements of this standard, including dimension measuring data, engineering change and change in contents, the supplier shall inform GM Korea of them. 3.1.4.2 Samples shall be greased to drawing specifications. 3.1.4.3 Sample fastening torque sh
7、all conform to drawing specifications. 3.2 Conditions. 3.2.1 Test Conditions. Deviations from the requirements of this standard shall have been agreed upon. Such requirements shall be specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports, etc. 3.3 Safety. This standard may involve hazardous ma
8、terials, operations, and equipment. This standard does not propose to address all the safety problems associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety and health practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to
9、 use. 3.4 Documentation. Samples of components or material released to this standard shall be tested for conformity with the requirements of this standard and approved by the responsible GM Department prior to the start of delivery of production level components or materials. 3.1.2 $4= 3L$ . $4= 4G

When tested under the following conditions with the window glass mounting part half open, the regulator shall show no sign of wear, deformation, breakage and abnormal noise that affect function. 4.1.5.1 Vibratin
12、g Direction. Up/Down. 4.1.5.2 Acceleration and Time. 2.5 g, 5 hours : 2.0 g, 45 hours : 1.0 g, 50 hours. 4.1.5.3 Frequency. 2,000 cycles/min (33.3 Hz). 4.1.6 Impact Resistance Test. After 100,000 cycles of door opening/closing durability test to EDS-T-3230 in the equivalent vehicle condition, the re
13、gulator shall show no sign of wear, deformation, breakage and abnormal noise that affect function. 4.1.6.1 Test shall be conducted by applying seal force of 300 N to the sample in the equivalent vehicle condition. 4.1.6.2 Test shall be conducted at a rate of max. 5 cycles/min. Upon completing each 2
14、5,000 cycles, conditions of the sample shall be checked. 4.1.7 Heat Resistance Test. After exposed to 80 E for min. 4 hours and operated at the temperature, the regulator shall show no sign of wear, deformation, breakage and abnormal noise that affect function. 4.1.8 Cold Resistance Test. After expo
