3、 GMW14368. 1. PURPOSE This standard aims at identifying the forward and backward strength of the front and rear folding *seat back. 2. SCOPE This standard applies to the front and rear folding seat of passenger cars. 3. TEST PIECES For each forward and backward test, at least 3 new frames or assembl
4、ed seats shall be used. 4. TEST EQUIPMENT AND TEST JIGS 4.1. Jigs capable of fixing seats as in the vehicle condition 4.2. Grooved plate. 4.3. Load and length measuring instrument: It shall be capable of measuring load down to 0.5 kgf and length down to 0.5mm. 4.4. Loading device: It shall be capabl
5、e of applying load of at least 200kgf. 4.5. Recorder: It shall be capable of recording load and displacement as well as plotting load-displacement curves. 4.6. Jigs for loading: 100mm circular plate 5. TEST METHOD/SPECIFICATION 5.1. Test preparation 5.1.1. Fix the seat fixture jig on the grove plate
6、 and mount the seat on the jig. 5.1.2. Seat back installation angle shall follow the design standard position. When the design standard is not known, the seat shall be installed to 2528. 5.1.3. Fixing positions of other operating parts of the seat shall be as follows: Guide rail : When backward forc
7、e is applied : rear most. When forward force is applied : foremost Height adjuster system : top end 5.2. 8、r the front seat, apply forward force of 1082kgf and backward force of 1802kgf to the center of the frame top end in the direction as shown in Fig 1 to measure displacement and load and plot the displacement-load graph based on the measurement data. (Displacement is measured in the loading direction
9、 at the loading point.) 5.2.2. For the rear seat, apply forward force of 1082kgf and backward force of 1802kgf vertically to the point shown in Fig 2 to measure displacement and load and plot the displacement-load graph based on the measurement data. (In case the seat is supported by the body, backw
10、ard test may be omitted.) 5.3. Evaluation Evaluation shall be based on the graph in Fig 3. Operating parts of the seat shall work normally after test.
