3、E This standard aims at specifying the method of checking the strength of the interior part of the seat back frame. 2. SCOPE This standard applies to the front and rear seats of passenger cars. 3. TEST PIECE AND NO OF TEST PIECE At least 3 new seat assemblies shall be tested. 4. TEST EQUIPMENT AND T
4、EST JIG 4.1. Jig capable of mounting the seat in the vehicle condition 4.2. Horizontal stand 4.3. Force transducer It shall be capable of measuring the load down to 0.5 kgf. 4.4. Loading device It shall be capable of applying load of at least 200kgf. 4.5. Recorder It shall be capable of recording th
5、e load and permit monitoring of the load being applied. 4.6. Pressurizing jig. (100mm pressurizing disk, back pan (See KSR 1080 type A) 5. TEST PROCEDURES AND TEST SPEC 5.1. Preparation for strength test 5.1.1. After fixing the seat fixture jig to the horizontal stand, mount the seat onto the jig. 5
6、.1.2. As for the position of the seat back, set it to the design reference point. If the design reference point is not known, set it 25 28inclined backward. 5.1.3. Set other moving portions of the seat as follows: (1) Guide rail : the design reference point (2) Height adjuster system : the design re

Fix the pressurizing jig to the loading device. 5.2. Test method 5.2.1. Reclining seat (1) With the 100 mm pressuri
8、zing disk set perpendicular to the torso line, apply a force of 60kgf to the front of the seat back at an interval of 100mm. (See Fig 1 : Loading direction , Fig 2 : Loading point) (2) Using the back pan, apply a force of 200 kgf to 250 mm above the SGRP measured along the seat back torso line perpe
9、ndicularly to the torso line. 5.2.2. All other seats 5.2.1, Apply a force as in (1). Evaluation 5.3.1. After loading, the back of the seat back shall show no hard and harmful projections. 5.3.2. No tear in the pad, separation of the spring or damage in the frame part.
