3、 GMW14413. 1. PURPOSE This procedure verifies the strength of the seat belt buckle anchorage on a single sample of the guide rail. 2. SCOPE All types of buckle-mounted seats of passenger cars 3. TEST SAMPLES Guide rails to which new buckles are attached. Minimum guide rails at respective attachment
4、positions 4. TEST EQUIPMENT AND JIG 4.1. Jig for fitting guide rails in actual field conditions 4.2. Leveling surface table 4.3. Measuring instruments for loads and length The measuring instruments shall be capable of measuring the load and the length displacement with maximum resolution of 0.5 kgf
5、and 0.5 mm respectively. 4.4. Weight loading equipment Equipment capable of loading the weight greater than 1500 kgf 4.5. Recorder A recorder capable of recording the weight and the displacement in weight vs. displacement graphs 5. METHODS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF TEST 5.1. Preparation 5.1.1. Fit the g
6、uide rail-fixing jig on the leveling surface table, and then mount guide rails on the jig. 5.1.2. Fit the guide rails on the reference positions (forefront, center and rearmost positions). 5.2. Test Method 5.2.1. Fix the guide rail on the reference position, and fit a cylinder on the buckle anchorag
7、e point at 50 upward. 5.2.2. Load a weight to the cylinder up to 1500 kgf, and then measure the movement of the anchorage point (fig. 1). 8、 Technology 5.2.3. Fit the guide rails at the forefront, the center and the rearmost positions, and test the samples at the respective positions three times minimum. Figure 1 5.3. Evaluation 5.3.1. The transformation of the buckle anchorage point shall be smaller than 60 mm. 5.3.2. Each welding, bolt, rivet joint and frame shall not be separated or torn.
