TEST SAMPLES Minimum three new headrests and fixtures respectively 4. TEST EQUIPMENT AND JIG 4.1. Jig for fitting a s

Measuring instruments for loads and length The measuring instruments shall be capable of measuring the load and the length displacement with maximum resolution of 0.5 kgf and 0.5 mm respectively. 4.4. Weight loading equipment Equipment capable of loadi
5、ng the weight greater than 80 kgf 4.5. Weight loading jig Round plate with diameter of 100 mm 5. METHODS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF TEST 5.1. Preparation 5.1.1. Fit the seat back frame-fixing jig on the leveling surface table, and then mount a headrest on the jig. 5.1.2. Set the headrest at the uppermost
6、 position. 5.2. Test Method 5.2.1. Load the weight of 80 kgf on the headrest downward in the axial direction of the headrest as shown in fig. 1.
