3、nd replaced by GMW14601 & GMW15785. 1. PURPOSE This standard aims at determining the frontward loading strength of the rear seat back when trunk is loaded. 2. SCOPE This standard applies to the rear seat of the vehicle whose rear seat back is loaded. 3. TEST SAMPLES At least 3 new seat assemblies sh

4、all be tested. 4. TEST EQUIPMENT AND JIG 4.1. Jig or BIW with which to fix the seat in the vehicle condition 4.2. Groove plate 4.3. Loading device It shall be capable of loading and measuring with accuracy not exceeding 0.5Kgf. 4.4. Loading jig Un-deformed 100mm thick plate with width larger than se

5、at back width 5. TEST METHOD AND SPECIFICATIONS 5.1. Test preparation 5.1.1. Fix the seat fixture jig onto the groove plate and install the seat onto the jig. 5.1.2. Fix the seat at design standard point 5.2. Test procedure 5.2.1. As shown in Fig 1, install the loading jig to the mid point between t

6、he rear seat back upper end and trunk floor and apply load as in 5.2.2. 5.2.2.
