Deviations from the requirements of this standard shall have been agreed upon. Such requirements shall be specified on component drawing
5、s, test certificates, reports, etc. 4.2 Instructions. 4.2.1 Bend Type Test Method. 4.2.1.1 Fit the BIW or the seat-fixing jig on the durability tester, and then mount a seat on the BIW or the jig. 4.2.1.2 Set the other adjuster systems of the seat to the positions specified in the design standard. 4
6、.2.1.3 Load the weight of 5 kgf horizontally on the upper center of the back seat by making use of the weight loading jig as shown in Figure 1, and then repeat the test for 2,500 cycled in a speed of 30 cpm. 4.2.2 Sewing Type Test Method. 4.2.2.1 Fasten the B.I.W or the seat fastening jig and mount
7、the seat on it. 4.2.2.2 Set all seat adjusters to the design reference position. 4.2.2.3 Insert the 1.5 kgf weight block (42030020) into the pocket. 4.2.2.4 After leaving it in the chamber set to temperature of 36 E and humidity of 90 % for 168 hours, check appearance change. 4.2.2.5 Following 4.2.2
