Using the push & pull gauge, measure the open, closed effort and lever operating effort before durability test. 5.1.3. With movement at a speed of 6cpm
、from the foremost to rearmost points and then from the rearmost to foremost points until the stopper is touched in parallel with the guide with respect to the under tray center as 1 cycle, perform 3000 cycles at a normal temperature, 500 cycles at 70 and another 500 cycles at -30. 5.1.4. Using the p
、ush & pull gauge, measure the open, closed effort and lever operating effort after durability test. 5.2. Under tray inside strength test 5.2.1. Install the under tray onto the jig. 5.2.2. Fix the under tray as shown in Fig 1 so that the open side faces down. 5.2.3. Put the 500g weight into the tray
、and fix it as shown in Fig 1. 5.2.4. After exposing the tray to -30 for 3hr, unlock it inside the -30 chamber to drop to the full stroke. 12、der tray stopper and lever lock strength test method 5.3.1. Under tray stopper strength test method (1) Install the under tray onto the jig. (2) With the tray full open, apply the load at the under tray center in parallel with the guide using the loading device. (3) Measure the load and displacement
、 and plot the load to displacement graph. 5.3.2. Under tray lever lock strength test method (1) Install the under tray onto the jig. (2) With the tray closed, apply the load at the under tray center in parallel with the guide using the loading device. (3) Measure the load and displacement and plot t
、he load to displacement graph. 6. EVALUATION OF TEST 6.1.1. Before and after the durability test, the tray open and closing effort shall not exceed 15N. 6.1.2. The lever operating effort shall not exceed 20N. 6.1.3. After durability test, the tray shall operate normally without developing any damage and crack. 6.1.4. After low impact resistance test, the tray shall operate normally without developing any damage and crack. 6.1.5. There shall be no noise during durability test. 6.1.6. The under tray stopper and lever lock strength shall meet the requirements in drawings.
