2、. 06. 19 VERSION: 2 GM DAEWOO Auto & Technology 1. PURPOSE To carry out test heat rays applied to Windshield Glass of GM DAWOO vehicles (hereafter called the Company). 2. APPLICATION Applied for windshield glass heated component test of vehicle manufactured by the Company. 3. TEST SAMPLE & QUANTITY

3、3.1. Test sample Perform test of DUT based on the standard and Technical Research Institute shall approve it before mass-producing. Technical Research Institute shall re-approve the any of artificial change not complied with the standard condition before the changed product delivery and DUT for re-a

4、pproval is to be supplied. If not, supplier shall take all responsibility for the case above. 3.2. Test sample quantity If not specified, 6-DUTs at minimum are required during prototype & DUT for approval test. 4. TEST CONDITION 4.1. Standard test condition If not specified, perform test in test sit

5、e/standard condition stated in KS A 0006 standard condition of test site. 4.2. Standard test voltage If not specified, apply general operating voltage DC12.0V, DC14.0V & the maximum supply voltage, DC16.0V and it is defined as the voltage applied to DUT directly except voltage drop in wiring harness

6、 from DC voltage supply. And, wiring between DC voltage supply and DUT should be composed with wiring thickness & length real of car and connector. 5. TEST MEASURING UNIT & EQUIPMENT 5.1. General Governmental Authority of Calibration shall approve test-measuring units and the period is to be valid.

7、5.2. DC power supply (for voltage adjustment) Available to adjust voltage 0V to 30 V, the maximum supply current is to be over 16V/30A. 5.3. Temp measuring unit Available for measuring extent of -40 +200 with re

9、corder. 5.7. Force measuring unit Measuring extent is to be 0 - 200N with variation-5%. 6. TEST METHOD 6.1. Total consumption power measurement 6.1.1. Carry out test in normal temp/Standard test condition, the limitation is stated in drawing. 6.1.2. Measure total consumption power at both side termi

10、nal of heat ray with standard test voltage (3 Point), requirements is compiled with drawing. 6.1.3. Evaluate OK/Ng of K1 with Cpk=(1 - K)*Cp calculated from consumption power measurements of DUT 6 sets for each test voltage. 6.2. Heat ray temp test 6.2.1. Perform test in normal temp/Standard test co

11、ndition applying Standard test voltage, DC12.8V0.1V. 6.2.2. Measure heat ray length of (+) terminal to (-) terminal by dividing equally. 6.2.3. Measure temp at (43) point for 2-Line heat ray as Fig. 1, at (44) point for 3-Line heat ray, 6.2.4. In outer central surface between heat rays. 6.2.5. Measu

12、re reaching time up to 45 for 20min per 5min from power applied moment, the requirements should not be over 10min from all measuring points. Figure 1. 13、OO Auto & Technology 6.3. Frost removal process test 6.3.1. Install DUT to thermostat in vertical direction inclined approx. 30against background showing frost removal process well. 6.3.2. Store DUT installed to thermostat for over 4hrs at -20. 6.3.3. Form frost for several sec in normal temp/Standa

14、rd test condition taking out DUT. 6.3.4. Store DUT for 1more hr at -20 as soon as frost forms. 6.3.5. Store DUT for 1more hr at -20 additionally after repeating 2 times above Para (3) to. 6.3.6. Apply 12.80.1V to both terminal of windshield glass using DC power supply and measure frost removal proce

15、ss for 10min per 2min from voltage applied moment. 6.3.7. Record frost removal process per 2min by camera. 6.3.8. Frost in heat ray area should be evenly removed up to 100% within 10 min. 6.4. Sequential power supply test (The maximum temp test) 6.4.1. Carry out test in normal temp/Standard test con

16、dition applying 14.00.1V. 6.4.2. Apply power continuously for 100hrs for Sequential power supply test, record The maximum temp by measuring it on heat ray including Bus-bar as shown in Fig.2 during test. 6.4.3. Measure temp in all area as shown in Fig.2, record the result 5 times dividing after 1hr

17、and after 24, 48, 72, 96hrs of Sequential power supply test time, 100hrs 6.4.4. The maximum measurements should not be over +70 Figure 2. Sequential power supply test (The maximum temp test) 6.5. Heat ray terminal test 6.5.1. Terminal contact resistance measurement test (1) This test is carried out

18、between WINDSHIELD GLASS side connector and wiring side connector, (2) As shown in Fig.3, Terminal contact resistance measurements diagram. 20、easure Insertion Force by fixing one side male/female connector assembled to terminal and inserting the other side 3 times with regular speed, 20200 mm/min. (2) Measure Remove Force by fixing one side connector and separating the other side 3 times with regular speed, 20200 mm/min on connection cond

21、ition after unlocking male/female connector terminal assembled to terminal. (3) The requirements should be compiled with drawing standard, if not specified, it is to be less than 10 kgf. 6.5.3. Terminal adhesive test (1) Perform terminal adhesive test with spring tension meter. (2) Fix spring tensio

22、n meter to adhesive section and operate it applying vertical force on glass. (3) Adhesive force is to be over 100N at least, not separated from glass queue & row. (4) Perform 10 cycles by setting 1 cycle as storing above glass to 303 after test and applying 14.00.1V for 2hrs to heat ray then, coolin

23、g it for 1hr after continuous power disconnection. (5) Adhesive power is to be over 100N at least after test. 6.5.4. Terminal bending test No breakage & defect on applying force to terminal and bending terminal to one direction by 45 then, to opposite direction by 45, 5 times with no separation from
