10、VERSION: 3 GM DAEWOO Auto & Technology 6.2.2. Antenna Standing Wave Ratio This test is evaluated by GPS antenna reflection loss (S-Parameter S11) as Fig. 1. Measurement is conducted after calibrating the network analyzer by a 50 ohmmeter. If the drawing does not regulate a required value, the Standi

11、ng Wave Ratio shall be not more than 1.5: 1 6.2.3. Amplifying power gain This test is evaluated by the ration of GPS antennas active gain and passive gain. The test equipment shall be arranged as Fig. 1. If the drawing does not regulate a required value, the measured power gain shall be within 25f 1

12、0%. 6.3. Temperature test The operation temperature test shall be conducted at the lowest and highest temperatures. 2 hours after the test temperature, evaluation is conducted by the paragraph 6.2 function test. As for temperature preservation, it shall be done without power supply. Test Temperature

Confirm whether function is satisfactory by drying the test item in normal temperature and humidity for 2 hours and applying standard signals to the test item. Then the function shall be within a range of 20% of the standard temperature func

Test temperature and humidity durability Keep the test piece horizontally for 5 minutes at the temperature +85. Leave it at -30 for 2 hours with power off and then at t

16、he test temperature/humidity (+303/ 805 %) for 5 minutes. After closing of the test temperature and humidity test, dry it at the normal temperature and humidity for 30 minutes. When applying a 4.5V power to the test piece, it shall not generate heat or catch fire. 6.10. Temperature cycling operating

After performing 500times with one hour as one cycle, it shall satisfy the initial function. If there is no specific regulation, it shall be within a range of 20% of the initial

19、function. 6.11. Vibration proof test This test shall be conducted under the condition that the test item is fixed to the vibration tester and supplied with power in a no-load state. Vibration condition shall be 3.2 g(rms) Table. 1 while fixing the test item to the vibration tester shall be done unde

20、r the real vehicle condition. For the 2 hour-test time, there shall not be function decrease resulting from part breakaway, rattle noise nor noise due to resonance.
