3、capacity Test that is applied to all GMDAT (hereafter Company) produced vehicles. 2. APPLICABLE EXTEND 2.1. Conformance Test on specific Fuse for New Model(Vehicle) Development 2.2. Conformance Test for Fuse Spec changes on Producing Models 3. TERMS & DEFINITION 3.1. FUSE The Fuse is made out of Fus
4、ible metals that work as Automatic Circuit Breaker. It breaks immediately when excessive current flows cause by the short circuit or overload to save the racing and avoid the fire. 3.2. CIRCUIT The electric Circuit that flows electric current. 4. TEST CONDITION 4.1. The Test Vehicle must have all th
5、e Option Spec. 4.2. Measuring Equipment (Instrument) 4.2.1. VOLT-OHM METER 4.2.2. Ammeter (Capacity : 50AMP) 4.3. Prepare Electric Circuit plan 5. TEST PROCEDURE 5.1. Inspection Plan Preparation : Circuit Title, Fuse capacity, Parts Title in the Circuit ( Tag 1) 5.2. Check all Parts in the Circuits
6、and cast off the Fuse, and put Ammeter instead. 5.3. Start operating all parts in the Circuit and measure the Current. 7、 Plan. 5.5. Repeat above procedure for all Fuses 6.
