5、gs, material specifications etc. and shall be notes on all test certificates, reports etc. 4 Conditioning Test pieces shall not be tested within 72 hours of manufacture. 5 Apparatus 5.1 Apparatus as required by paragraph 7. 5.2 Drying oven capable of maintaining the specified temperatures within the
6、 specified tolerances. 5.3 Humidity cabinet capable of maintaining the specified conditions within the specified tolerances. 5.4 Refrigerator or cold box capable of maintaining (-25) E to within 3K. 6 Types Two types are specified according to core material and material of coating surface. 6.1 Type
7、A. Core is made of solid polyamide or fine zinc alloy for die casting and cover is made of soft polyvinylchloride (PVC) or polyurethane-integral foam. 6.2 Type B. Cover is wood-grained gloss treated or painted. 7 Test Methods and Requirements 7.1 General Requirements. Supplied products shall be free
8、 from crack, split or other harmful defects. 7.2 Detailed Requirements. 7.2.1 Abrasion Resistance (applicable only to Type B). 7.2.1.1 The test shall be performed to EDS-T-7619-Y-A. But, in case of printing part, the requirements for printing part shall be separately indicated on the drawing. When n
