11、 mount by turning the adjusting wheel that is set up on the side of the main base. You can move the mount each 25 mm or longer to both sides from the pencil point in the way that the mount plate slides forward and backward along BB. When your turn the wheel to adjust the mount position along the adj
12、usting screw aligned with AA, the mount slides each 15 mm or longer to both sides from the pencil point along AA, horizontally perpendicular to the direction of the pencil lead. Unless otherwise specified, black or similar color samples should be taken. 3.2.4 Pretreatment. Unless otherwise specified on the drawings or in
16、 the requirements of standard material, samples should be left at a temperature of (232) E with relative humidity of (503) % for 48 hours and longer before the test. 4 Procedures 4.1 Conditions. 4.1.1 Test Conditions. Deviations from the requirements of this standard shall have been agreed upon. Suc
17、h requirements shall be specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports, etc. 4.2 Instructions. 4.2.1 Take a weight that is (100050) g. 4.2.2 First test a pencil of a low hardness (4B) and then use pencils of gradually higher hardness. 4.2.3 Use a sand paper to grind the end point of pen
18、cil lead to form a plane. 4.2.4 Test three samples or more in the way that you use a sample in three different test places three times. 4.2.5 Remove pencil marks by using a block of soft rubber eraser, and check the extent of scratch. 5 Data 5.1 Evaluation.
