3、in dimensions of (260B 170B 90) mm. 3.1.4 Thermocouple, wire diameter of 0.25 mm, bead diameter of 0.5 mm max. 3.1.5 Steel Plate with (250B 160B 10) mm or more. 3.1.6 Wooden Block with (250B 170B 100) mm or more. 3.1.7 Steel Roller with a mass of 5 kg and a minimum width of 150 mm. 3.1.8 Stop Watch.
4、 3.2 Test Piece. 3.2.1 Test pieces (2201.5) mm B (1000.5) mm thickness of deadener pad shall be taken from various points of the pad. The direction of sampling is unimportant. 3.2.2 For initial sample approval and arbitration purposes at least three test pieces and for routine quality control at lea
5、st one test piece for each method and for each processing condition shall be tested. 4 Procedures 4.1 Conditions. 4.1.1 Conditioning. Test pieces shall be conditioned for at least 24 hours under a temperature of 23 E 2K and relative humidity of (506) % immediately prior to test. 4.1.2 Test Condition
