Deviations from the requirements of this standard shall have been agreed upon. Such requirements shall be specified on component drawings, test cert
9、ificates, reports, etc. 4.1.2 Pretreatment. Collect an adequate amount of sample required for test into an enclosed container designed to prevent evaporation. Stir the sample sufficiently to be homogeneous before using. 4.2 Instructions. 4.2.1 Test Plate with an Incline of 45. 4.2.1.1 Establish the
10、test plate at an incline of 45. 4.2.1.2 Attach the sample into the groove of 150 mm at the top of the test plate. 4.2.1.3 At this time, care shall be taken that no air mix with the sample. 4.2.1.4 Unless otherwise specified, dislodge the support for the groove at standard condition. 4.2.1.5 Measure
11、the flow of sample in 10 minutes. 4.2.2 Horizontal Test Plate. 4.2.2.1 Attach the sample on the horizontal test plate in beads crosswise and lengthwise. 4.2.2.2 Unless otherwise specified, hold the horizontal test plate right in vertical position at standard condition. 4.2.2.3 Measure the flow of sa
12、mple in 10 minutes. 5 Data 5.1 Result.
