2、 This standard covers the properties of a nominal 1700 MPa flexural modulus polyolefin alloy, high flow, pellet form, black colored injection molding compound. For the purpose of this specification, polyolefin alloy is defined as an alloy of polypropylene plastic and ethylene/propylene (EP) or ethyl

3、ene/propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber. 1.1.1 Additional Characteristics. Materials certified to this material specification may have additional characteristics, e.g., paintable, elastomer modified, etc. Possible additional characteristics are defined in GMW3013. 1.2 Symbols. The material abbrevi

4、ation according to ISO 11469 is PP+EPDM-M20. 1.3 Typical Applications. Typical applications include the following: fully painted bumper fascias and rocker moldings. 2 References Note: Only the latest approved standards are applicable unless otherwise specified. 2.1 External Standards/Specifications.

11、 The values specified in Table 1 shall be met by test specimens in natural or black. For colored grades where other pigment and additive systems (e.g., stabilizer) are used, the impact values shall not decrease more than 10% from the specified minimum value. 3.1.1 Chemical Requirements. All parts ma

Performance requirements, e.g., flammability, fogging or resistance to odor, shall be specified on part drawings or in component specifications. 3.3 Additional Testing Requirements.

14、 Materials approved to this specification will be required to have basic material properties generated so warp analysis modeling can be conducted. See GM engineer for details. 4 Manufacturing Process Not applicable. 5 Rules and Regulations 5.1 Legal Regulations. All materials must satisfy applicable

A new approval must be received for any changes, e.g., properties, manufacturing process, location of

17、 manufacture, etc. If not otherwise agreed, all testing and documentation normally required for initial release must be completed. It is the responsibility of the supplier to inform the customer in a timely manner, without solicitation, and to include documentation of all modifications of materials

18、and/or processes and to apply for a new release. If not otherwise agreed, all release tests shall be repeated and documented by the supplier prior to commencement of delivery of non-conforming bulk supplies. In individual cases, a shorter test can be agreed to between the responsible Engineering dep
