Demounting of the co-driver seat to build in the auxiliary device to adapt the foot controls. 4.2 Conditions. 4.2.1 Environmental Conditions. 7、.2 Test Conditions. Deviations from the requirements of this standard shall have been agreed upon. Such requirements shall be specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports, etc. 4.3 Instructions. 4.3.1 Tightening torques and screw connections shall be checked before testing. 4.3.2 The
8、load application shall be done perpendicular to the adjusted pedals with free force application. The pedals must return from the lower position without force application through the cylinder connection. Test set up (see Appendix A, Figure A1 ). The brake assistance during the test shall be ensured b
9、y vacuum pump or similar. 4.3.3 Due to the different connections and pedal travels the clutch and the brake pedal shall be actuated in each case by a separate force application with control module. The outcome of this is an intended, multiple overlapping of the pedal travels during the test procedur
10、e. 4.3.4 The clutch pedal shall be actuated by the max. range towards the end stop. 4.3.5 Load application of 600 N onto the brake pedal. 4.3.6 Test frequency: (8 2) cycles/minute 4.3.7 Number of cycles: 30 000 4.3.8 One cycle = 1x load / 1 x unload 5 Data 5.1 Calculations. 11、pretation of Results. No loosening of the screw connections at the foot controls and body.
