Per the material specification (e.g., GMW3056) referencing this test procedure.4.2 Conditions.4.2.1 Environmental Conditions. Not applicable.4.2.2 Test Conditions. Deviations from the requirements of this stan
10、dard shall have been agreed upon. Suchrequirements shall be specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports, etc.4.3 Instructions.4.3.1 Test Procedure.4.3.1.1 Determination of the volume uptake of the test stand line length (zero measurement) VL.The brake hose shall be replaced by using
11、the smallest piece of brake line possible. Following fill/bleed, to4.3.1.4 and 4.3.1.5 the test program shall be completed as specified in 4.3.1.6.4.3.1.2 Determination of the gross brake hose volume uptake (hose measurement) VB.The brake hose shall be connected using the smallest piece of brake lin
12、e possible, unless a specific length ofbrake hose is specified by the material specification referencing this test procedure (e.g., GMW3056).Pre-treated brake hoses can be installed in addition to new brake hoses.4.3.1.3 The brake hoses shall be elongated and installed vertically.4.3.1.4 The line sy
13、stem shall be topped up with brake fluid (DOT4) and subsequently bled.4.3.1.5 After the brake hose has been installed and filled/bled, the test program shall be completed asspecified in 4.3.1.6.4.3.1.6 The program consists of 5 actuation cycles. Each actuation cycle shall consist of pressurization f
14、rom0 MPa (0 psig) to the measurement pressure. Once the nominal pressure has been attained, a de-pressurizingphase shall immediately follow (no pressure retention period).Pressure actuation cylinder volume flow in forward/reverse feed: = 3/sPause between pressure increases: tp = 2 minutes5 Data5.1 C
