26、-to-face dimensions for flanged vortex flowmeters of size up to 12 inches (DN 300), of rating up to ANSI Class 600 (PN 100). 2 References This document references the following standards. 28、-5.1 apply. Meter size is the nominal size of the flange of the flowmeter. For nominal size of flanges, refer to ANSI/ASME B16.5 (given on the far left column of each table). In this ISA-97.00.01 standard, each vortex flowmeter shall have only two, and identical, flanges. 3.1 Meter size Meter size i
29、s the nominal size of the flange of the flowmeter, given in inches or millimeters, respectively in U.S. units or metric units, in the following formats: inches (mm), or xx inches (DN xxx) with the U.S. units shown first. The meter sizes given in this standard are limited to 12 inches (DN 300) or sma
30、ller. 3.2 Flange rating The face-to-face dimensions given in this standard are limited to flange rating of ANSI Class 600 (PN 100) or less. For ANSI 150 vortex flowmeters, their face-to-face dimensions shall be the same as those for the ANSI 300 vortex flowmeters. For a definition of flange ratings,
31、 refer to ANSI/ASME B16.5. 3.3 Face-to-face dimension, L Figure 1 below defines face-to-face dimension, L. Table 1 shows the face-to-face dimensions. The length L includes the flange face but excludes such accessories as gaskets. The format of specifying L is xx inches (DN yyy). For example, 12 inch

The manufacturer shall provide a reasonable clearance between the rear face of the flange and the meter housing for installation and rem
