4、ITU-R BS.1116 has established a method for subjective assessment of small impairments in audio systems including multi-channel sound systems; d) that Recommendation ITU-R BS.1116 can be expensive and time consuming to use and so there is a desire for a simplified method that will provide close to or
5、 the same degree of accuracy as Recommendation ITU-R BS.1116; e) that significant inter-laboratory differences in test results can occur; f) that audio systems introducing medium and large impairments are now being deployed, decides that the following Question should be studied 1 What parts of Recom
6、mendation ITU-R BS.1116 can be used to recommend simplified methodology that would maintain an acceptable overall accuracy when assessing small impairments? 2 To what extent the inter-laboratory differences in tests conducted according to Recommendation ITU-BS.1116 can be minimized in the simplified
