2、ouhaitable que lon dispose dun comptage dcimal des jours associ lutilisation, en radiolectricit, de signaux horaires et de codes horaires;b) quun comptage dcimal des jours rapport au temps universel, la date julienne (DJ), est tabli depuislongtemps pour la fixation de la date en astronomie, en chron

3、ologie et dans les sciences connexes;c) que lon a besoin dun comptage dcimal des jours dans lequel le dbut dun jour soit fix 00h00 et non 12h00, comme cest le cas pour la date julienne;d) que lon a besoin dun comptage dcimal des jours, notamment pour lassocier aux chelles de temps universelcoordonn

4、UTC) et de temps atomique international (TAI);e) quil faut viter une prolifration de systmes diffrents dindication de la date;f) quun simple passage de la date julienne mentionne ci-dessus un systme moderne de comptage dcimal desjours serait avantageux;g) quil convient de maintenir sans discontinui

5、t le systme de la date julienne dans lequel le dbut du jour estfix midi du mridien de Greenwich;h) que lon utilise dores et dj une date julienne modifie (DJM) qui satisfait aux conditions susmentionnes,recommande1 quon utilise, chaque fois que cela est ncessaire, pour les besoins modernes en matire

6、de garde du temps etdindication de la date, un comptage dcimal des jours dans lequel le jour civil serait compt partir de 00h00 TAI, UTCou UT et serait spcifi au moyen de 5 chiffres dcimaux;2 que cette date julienne modifie (DJM) soit gale la date julienne diminue de 2 400 000,5 et, parconsquent, aurait son origine 00h00 UT le 17 novembre 1858 dans le cas de lchelle de temps UT.
