4、l service2.1 The chargeable duration of a telex call begins at the moment the connection is established between the callingand the called subscribers.2.2 It ends at the moment when the clearing signal given by the calling or called subscriber is transmitted over theinternational circuit. To this end
5、 the international telex position must be able to receive the clearing signal from bothsides.2.3 With manual or semi-automatic operation, the operator of the controlling international telex position shalldetermine the chargeable duration, unless other arrangements have been made by agreement betwee
