Source ITU-T Recommendation G.776.1 was prepared by ITU-T Study Group 15 (1997-2000) and was approved under the W

10、TSC Resolution No. 1 procedure on the 23rd of October 1998. The ITU Telecommunicat

11、ion Standardization Sector (ITU-T) is a permanent organ of the ITU. The ITU-T is responsible for studying technical, operating and tariff questions and issuing Recommendations on them with a view to standardizing telecommunications on a worldwide basis. The World Telecommunication Standardization Co

12、nference (WTSC), which meets every four years, establishes the topics for study by the ITU-T Study Groups which, in their turn, produce Recommendations on these topics. The approval of Recommendations by the Members of the ITU-T is covered by the procedure laid down in WTSC Resolution No. 1. In some

13、 areas of information technology which fall within ITU-Ts purview, the necessary standards are prepared on a collaborative basis with IS0 and IEC. NOTE In this Recommendation the term recognized operating agency (ROA) includes any individual, company, corporation or governmental organization that op

14、erates a public correspondence service. The terms Administration, ROA and public correspondence are defined in the Constitution of the ITU (Geneva, 1992). 19、n provides the necessary information required for controlling Signal Processing Network Elements (SPNE) from a Telecommunications Management Network (TMN). SPNEs as used in this Recommendation include echo cancellers, transcoders, circuit multiplication systems, and signalhervice processing systems.

20、 Information in this Recommendation is based on actual and planned equipment installed (or to be installed) in todays Public Switched Telephone Networks. It is important to also note that this Recommendation does not specify functionality or performance for any particular implementation of an SPNE.

36、 Code Suppression 5 Information model This Recommendation identifies the information model of Signal Processing Network Elements (SPNE) used in the management of these elements from a Telecommunications Management Network (TMN). This model is given in Annex A and describes managed object classes and

37、 their properties and provides the entity relationship diagrams. SPNEs as used in this Recommendation include echo cancellers, circuit multiplication systems, and signalsewice processing systems. ANNEX A SPNE management information model This Recommendation contains the managed object model for the

38、various types of Signal Processing Network Elements (SPNE). The model is available electronically as part of this annex to allow use by implementors with automated tools.
