The Recommendation was revised in 2018 mainly to

ITU-T J.297 (03/2018) 5 6 Overview 6.1 4K cable system See Figure 6-1 as an example of a 4K cable system. 4K cable content can be obtained from 4K programmes broadcasted via satellite stations. Cable operators may also capture 4K video content by themselves.
