6、gy network management: Information agreement (TMF608) Amendment 1 Upgrade to MTNM Release 3.5 Summary The current in-force ITU-T M.3170.x series of Recommendations provides the MTNM solution suite v3.0 from TM Forum. A newer version of MTNM has been applied across the industry (e.g., Release 3.5). I
7、n order to support conformance testing for this series of Recommendations within ITU-T, Amendment 1 to Recommendation ITU-T M.3170.2 (2007) provides the upgraded information from MTNM v3.0 to MTNM release 3.5, including updated references to TMF Release 3.5-related specifications. More detailed upda
8、tes will be provided while upgrading to TMF MTNM Release 4.0 or 4.5 when it is more stable and fully supported by the industry. 10、ication Union (ITU) is the United Nations specialized agency in the field of telecommunications, information and communication technologies (ICTs). The ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) is a permanent organ of ITU. ITU-T is responsible for studying technical, operating and tariff
11、questions and issuing Recommendations on them with a view to standardizing telecommunications on a worldwide basis. The World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly (WTSA), which meets every four years, establishes the topics for study by the ITU-T study groups which, in turn, produce Recommenda
12、tions on these topics. The approval of ITU-T Recommendations is covered by the procedure laid down in WTSA Resolution 1. In some areas of information technology which fall within ITU-Ts purview, the necessary standards are prepared on a collaborative basis with ISO and IEC. NOTE In this Recommendati
13、on, the expression “Administration“ is used for conciseness to indicate both a telecommunication administration and a recognized operating agency. Compliance with this Recommendation is voluntary. However, the Recommendation may contain certain mandatory provisions (to ensure, e.g., interoperability
