E.106. This amendment contains the modifications to ITU-T Rec. Q.2764 (12/99) in order
9、 to accommodate these needs. This amendment should be read in connection with the related amendments to ITU-T Recs Q.2761, Q.2762, and Q.2763. The ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) is a permanent organ of ITU. ITU-T is respon
11、sible for studying technical, operating and tariff questions and issuing Recommendations on them with a view to standardizing telecommunications on a worldwide basis. The World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly (WTSA), which meets every four years, establishes the topics for study by the IT
12、U-T study groups which, in turn, produce Recommendations on these topics. The approval of ITU-T Recommendations is covered by the procedure laid down in WTSA Resolution 1. Once the call attempt has been determined to be an IEPS call attempt, then it will be given preferential treatment. 12) Clause 2.3.2 Lack of resources at the outgoing side Add the following paragraph at the end of the clause: If, however, the outgoing call/connection is
