2、WORD ITU (International Telecommunication Union) is the United Nations Specialized Agency in the field of telecommunications. The ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) is a permanent organ of the ITU. Some 179 member countries, 84 telecom operating entities, 145 scientific and industr
3、ial organizations and 38 international organizations participate in ITU-T which is the body which sets world telecommunications standards (Recommendations). The approval of Recommendations by the Members of ITU-T is covered by the procedure laid down in WTSC Resolution No. 1 (Helsinki, 1993). In add
4、ition, the World Telecommunication Standardization Conference (WTSC), which meets every four years, approves Recommendations submitted to it and establishes the study programme for the following period. In some areas of information technology which fall within ITU-T?s purview, the necessary standard
5、s are prepared on a collaborative basis with IS0 and IEC. The text of ITU-T Recommendation X.745 was approved on 16th of November 1993. 11、 the purpose of systems management, as defined by CCITT Rec. X.700 I ISOAEC 7498-4. This Recommendation I International Standard defines a function which consists of generic definitions, services and functional units. This function is positioned in the application layer of CCITT Rec. X.200 I ISOAEC
12、7498 and is defined according to the model provided by IS0 9545. The role of systems management functions is described by CCITT Rec. X.701 I ISOAEC 10040. This Recommendation I International Standard - - establishes user requirements for this Recommendation I International Standard: establishes a te
13、st model that relates the service and generic definitions provided by this function to user requirements; defines generic object classes, attribute types, action types, notification types, packages and parameters documented in accordance with CCITT Rec. A TO may exhibit one or more such executions as a result of one test reques
