8、 and approved under the WTSC Resolution 1 procedure on 3 1 March 2000. FOREWORD The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is the United Nations specialized agency in the field of telecommunications. The ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) is a permanent organ of ITU. ITU-T is
9、responsible for studying technical, operating and tariff questions and issuing Recommendations on them with a view to standardizing telecommunications on a worldwide basis. The World Telecommunication Standardization Conference .(WTSC), which meets every four years, establishes the topics for study
10、by the ITU-T study groups which, in turn, produce Recommendations on these topics. The approval of ITU-T Recommendations is covered by the procedure laid down in WTSC Resolution 1. In some areas of information technology which fall within ITU-Ts purview, the necessary standards are prepared on a col

NOTE In this Recommendation, the expression “Administration“ is used for conciseness to indicate both a telecommunication administration and a recognized operating agency. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ITU draws attention to the possibility that the practice or impl

Rationale: ITU-T 1.363 was separated for each AAL protocol in Study Group 13. Among them, 2) Sub
16、clause 11.1 Type 5 AAL is the only one relevant to ITU-T X.77. Replace the first sentence: Type 5 of the AAL functions applies (see Recommendation 1.362 and 1.363). with: Type 5 of the AAL functions applies (see ITU-T 1.363.5). Rationale: See clause 1. 3) Subclause 11.2 Replace the first sentence: S

Table B.1 Delete the row Q.2931 cause, Code 10. a) Rationale: No existing Recommendation defines this cause. b) Rationale: Alignment with ITU-T 4.2610. cl Rationale: In this table, 4.2931 cause, Code 93 appears twice with different explanations. 6.4.5/Q.293 1 defines C
19、ode 73 as “Unsupported combination of traffic parameters“, and Code 93 as “AAL parameters cannot be supported“. This corrects a typographical error. In the row Q.2931 cause, Code 51, change Code 51 to Code 37. In the row Q.2931 cause, Code 93, change Code 93 to Code 73. Series A Series B Series C Se
