SCOPE 1.1 This Standard Pract
17、ice covers Metallic Gas Distribution Valves designed for operation at any pressure from 0 psig to a maximum of 285 psig, at operating temperatures ranging from -20 F to 150 F, and sizes from NPS 1/2 to NPS 12. 2. DEFINITIONS AND ABBREVIATIONS 2.1 Gas Distribution System: The pipeline used for the de
18、livery of gas. 2.2 cc/sec: The abbreviation represents standard cubic centimeters per second. Also expressed as cm3/s. 2.3 Within this Standard Practice, definitions and abbreviations contained in MSS SP-96 shall also apply. 3. DOCUMENTATION 3.1 If required by the purchasers specifications, the manu
19、facturer shall furnish the following information: 3.1.1 Catalog Data or Installation Instructions The manufacturer shall supply catalog data, including illustrations and a parts bill that identifies the materials of construction list. This information shall provide sufficient detail to serve as a gu
