2、rs I 1.0 APPLICATION This specification covers a powdered metal spacer used to mount parking brake levers. 2.0 SCOPE This specification covers the requirements for material, density, apparent hardness, crush strength, quality, source approval and quality control. 3.0 REFERENCE DOCUMENTS Unless other

4、andard D-13 ASTM B 328 CFR Title 29, Part 1910 4.0 REOUIREMENTS 4.1 Material and Densitv Material shall meet the requirements of Grade F-0008-R, CEMS H-l. The density (Spec. - 6.4-6.8 g/cm3) shall be measured per ASTM B-328. 4.2 Apparent Hardness Rockwell B 50-80. Hardness shall be the average of at
5、 least six readings per part. 4.3 Crush Strength The min crush strength, when tested as indicated in Figure 1, shall be as follows: Part NO. 473797-Cl Crush: 6.9 kN (1570 lbf) 5.0 QUALITY The powdered metal compacts shall be uniform in composition and free from defects which would affect their perfo
