SCOPE 1.1 Scope - The equipment covered by thi

2、s specification shail provide remote control of the Juliet-28 equipment. The only difference between the controls is that C-8057/ARC uses 28 vdc lamp power while the C-7549/ARC uses 5 vdc lamp power. 1.2 Associated Equipment - This equipment shall operate with the associated equipment listed in 6.7.

REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Preproduction - This specification makes provision for preproduction tes ti ng. 3.2 Parts and Materials - In the selection of parts and materials, fulfillment of major design objectives shall be the prime consideration. doing

18、9977706 0370856 3 W MIL-C-81470 (AS) 3.3.3.2 Interconnection Cabling - The equipment shall be capable of satisfactory.operation using external wiring in accordance with the applicable requirements of Specification MIL-W-5088. except that a minimum number of the individual wires may be shielded when

The confi guration of the control panel must be approved by the procuring activity prior to preproduction tes ti ng. 3.3.5 Interchangeability - The equipment shall meet

21、 the inter- changeability requirements of Specification MIL-E-5400. 3.3.6 Interference Control - The generation of radio interference by the equipment and the vulnerability of the equipment to radio interference shall be controlled within the limits of Specification MIL-1-6181. 3.3.7 Maintenance Pro

25、uipment shall operate satisfactorily under any of the environmental conditions or reasonable combination of these conditions as specified in Specification MIL-E-5400 for Class 2 equipment, except as modified herein: 3.3.10.1 Vibration - The equipment shall operate satisfactorily when subjected to th

26、e requirements of Curves I and II of Specification MIL-E-5400. 3.3.11 Warm-up Time - The time required for the equipment to warm-up prior to operation shall not exceed 10 seconds. 3.3.12 Primary Input Power Requirements - The equipment shall meet all applicable requirements of MIL-STD-704 and shall

27、give specified performance from the following power sources with characteristics as defined in MIL-STD-704 having limits as specified therein. The POVXR-ON/IIELAY Control has three positions: OFF, -ON and RELAY. In the OFF position, input power is removed from the Juliet-28. i

32、n the ON position, input power is routed to the Juliet-28. In the RELAY position, input power is routed to the Juliet-28 ana a ground is provided at the connector for use in op- erating the Juliet time delay function. The P/C mode selector is used to select either “P“ mode or “C“ mode for the Juliet

The zeroize switch routes primary power to the Juliet-28 in the zemize position and zero volts in the non-zeroize position. 3.5 Detail Requirements - 3.5.1 Control C-&357/ARC or C-7549/ARC - The Controls shall meet the applicable requirements of M-C-6781 for Type I aontro panel. 7 Provided by I

QUALITY ASSURANCE PIDVISIONS 4.1 Responsibility for Inspection - Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements as specified herein.
