Unless otherwise specified in the con- tract QT arder, preproduction samples of the Container shall be manu- factured using the methods and procedures proposed for the production. The sample Will be tested as specified in S

6、ectdon 4 herein and i6 for the piapose of determining that, prior to starting production, the con- tractors production methods are capable of yieldiag items that ccmply with the technical requirements of the contract. 3.2 GeneraJ. requkrements. 3.2.1 bisteriais and treatments of materials and parts.

7、 Unless other- wise specified, all materials, treatments, EUXI parts used in the manu- facture of the Container shall be in accordance with the requiremnts specified herein and with the applicable documents listed in LB 269273 for Msd 1 and LD 2692% for Mad 2. 3.2.2 Gages. “he supplier shall provide

8、 those gages necessary and adequate to assure that the Contaimr will meet dimensions and requirements shown on the applicable docmen%s breted in u) 269273 for Mod 1 and LD 269294 for Mod 2. When requested by the supplier, the procuring agency may fu=nish existing, pertimnt draxtngs of Naval final in

9、spection gages for use only in the designiug of the suppliers gages. for designing and manufacturing the gages needed for the fulfilbent of the contract. This action does not relieve the supplier of the responsibility 3.2.3 lkmny load. For test purposes a dunmy load simulating a torpedo shall be use

The pre- production and periodic production siample, after satisfactorily passing the acceptance inspections detailed in 4.5, sW1 be subjec

12、ted to the following tests and exeminations. 4.4.1 Test equipment 4.4.1.1 Vibration test machine. Vibration tests shall be conducted by any vibration machine capable of meeting the conditions specified in 4.4.2.1. Means shall be provided for controlling the direction of vibration of the machine and

13、for adjusting and measuring the frequencies and amplitudes of vibration. 4.4.L.2 Hoist. A hoist capable of safely lifting a load of lo00 pounds. 4.4.2 Test procedures. The Container, using a dw loadL shall be subjected to the following tests at ambient temperature only: 4.4.2.1 Vibration. The loaded

14、 container shall be rigidly secured to the vibration equipment, in its normal shipping attitude, and vibrated in directions parallel to each of the three principal orthogonsl axes, with frequency and applied force varying unifarmly with tim, in scam as shown in Table I. -_ -. - -.
