SCOPE 1.1 Scope - This specification establishes the performance, functional, and test requirements for an airborne control unit for the AN/ASB-19(V) Angle Rate Bombing Set. The Control Unit Subsystem (CUS) will herein be referred to as the %ubs

REQUIREMENTS 3.1

20、y - The subsystem shall operate with satisfactory performance, continuously or intermittently, for a period of at least 3200 hours without the necessity for readjustment of any controls which are inaccessible to the operator during normal use. ting life of 10,000 hours with reasonable servicing and

The con- figuration of all panels must be approved by the procuring activity prior to pre- production

25、ompatibility - The subsystem shall interchangeability requirements of MIL-A-85055 be designed to conform to the requirements of MIL-A-85055 for electromagnetic Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) - The subsystem shall be designed to conform to the requirements of MIL-A-85055 for electro- magnetic int

26、erference. BIT features, construction and packaging, provisions for test points, and other maintainability parameters shall conform to MIL-A-85055. Nomemclature, Nameplates and Identification Marking - Nomenclature and serial number assignment, nameplate approval, and identification marking shall be

Maintainability Provisions - The Maintainability Program, Serialization - Each shop repairable assembly (SRA) designed for normal replacement shall have a permanent serial number. 32、nce requirements of 3.4 and 3.5 when exposed to the temperature altitude environments shown in Figure 1, as follows: The subsystem shall be capable of continuous operation at the extreme limits of Figure 1, Curve A. Continuous operation is defined as indefinite operation within the extremes of Curve

33、 A. The subsystem shall be capable of performing intermittent operations at the extreme limits of Figure 1, Curve B. Intermittent operation is defined as 45 minutes operation (any selected mode) within the limits of Curve A, followed by 30 minutes operation (any selected mode) at extreme conditions

34、of Curve B, followed by 45 minutes operation (any mode) within limits of Curve A. The subsystem shall be capable of performing intermittent operations at extreme limits of Figure 1, Curve B, and Point 1, without part failure, but performance degradation may occur. Extreme intermittent operation of t

35、he subsystem at Point 1 is defined as 15 minutes operation (7OoC) followed by operation within the limits of Curve A. The subsystem shall be capable of starting at a . low temperature condition of - 4OoC and perform as specified in 3.4 and 3.5 after the warmup period specified in 3.3.11, 3.3.10.3 Hu

36、midity - The subsystem shall withstand the effects of humidity in accordance with Table I. 3.3.1 0.4 Vibration - The subsystem shall not suffer damage or subsequently fail to provide the performance specified herein when subjected to the vibration levels in accordance with Figure 2. fail to provide

44、9906 0363535 O 3.3.12.2S Panel - Input power for panel lighting shall be not greater than 1.8 amperes (A) at 5 volts alternating current (Vac), 400 Hertz (Hz). 3.3.12.2.2 Caution - Input power for caution lights shall be not greater than 0.2 A at 7.4 Vac, 400 Hz or 0.2 A at 28 Vac, 400 Hz. 3.3.12.2.

45、3 Instrument - Input power for instrument lights shall be not greater than 1.8 A at 5 Vac, 400 Hz. 3.3.12.3 Degraded Performance - Degraded performance will be permitted.for voltage transients of less than 0.5 second during normal electric system operation, except the performance may not be affected

46、 by short pulses of less than 50 microseconds. After transients, operation shall return to normal with no resulting damage to the subsystem. 3.3.12.4 Circuit Protection - Overload protection shall be pro- vided for all parts and circuits which are likely to carry an overload due to any failures or p

47、oor adjustments, and shall withstand such overload without permanent damage or shall have suitable protective devices. Fuses shall not be used. (3) WDC.

(5) Laser Spot Tracker (LST) Scan Switch. 3.3.13.1.1 A-4M Aircraft - The subsystem will physically be mounted in the cockpit of the A-4M aircraft and shall interface with the A-4M aircraft in accordance with MIL-A-85055. Electrical power supplied to the subsystem will have the characteristics as defined in MIL-STD-704 and as follows: (
