The manually propelled handling dolly will be used to transport uncovered torpedoes weighing up to 1000 pounds total weight aboard ships or at shore stations. be referred to in

Unless otherwise spcified in the contract, all materials, purchased parts and processes thereto entering into the final assembly of the dolly shall conform to the detailed requirmts indicated on the drawings and spe
11、cifications listed in DL 5166020. 3.2.1 Interchangeability. All parts having the same part number shall , be directly and cmpletely interchangeable with respect to installation - and performance. 3.3 Perfomoe requirements. 3.3.1 General. 14、 accordance with 4.6.2 and-moving at a speed of four feet per second between two parallel lines 32 inches apart, on a dry, smooth level concrete surface or a surface upon which the dlly wheel treads will have a coefficient of sliding friction of 0.6, the dolly shall stop not more than 18 inches from
15、 the point on the surface where the brakes were applied. The wheels must remain within the parallel lines. h 3.4 Marking. Each dolly shall be inspected for compliance with 4.5 and tested in accordance with 4.6.1 and 4.6.2. 4.5 Examinations. Each dolly shall be examined for compliance
23、 with material and dimensional requirements of DL 5166020 and the workmanship of 3.5. IT plans of MIL-STD-105 at an AQL of 1%. examined at an AQL of 4%. 29、serial numbers. 6. NOTES 6.1 Intended use of dolly. The manually propelled dolly is for use aboard ship or at shore stations to transport uncovered torpedoes weighint a maximum of 1000 pounds in confined areas which preclude the use of mechanized transporters. 6.2 Ordering data. Procurement document
