34、eration and shall round the dough by an automatic operation. The handle shall be fully depressed manually to engage the rounding mechanism for the rounding operation. The return of the handle shall disengage the rounding mechanism. Boltholes shall be provided at the base of the support or stand for
35、bolting the Type II to the floor. The overall dimensions, excluding the operating handle, shall be 34-1/2 inches (876 mm) in length by 28-1/2 inches (724 mm) in width by 53 inches (1346 m) in height plus or minus 2 inches (50.8 mm) for each dimension. 3.5.2.1 Rounder alate and work pallets.
