1、i - Detecting Group, Submarine Anomaly (SAD) AN/ASA-64A This specification -has been approved by Naval Air Systems Command, Department of the Navy 1. SCOPE *l. 1 . Scope - The equipment covered by this specification shall be for the automatic recognition and marking of submarine signals detected by

2、Magnetic Anomaly Detection (MAD) equipment. The equipment shall operate in all types of aircraft designated for anti-submarine warfare and equipped with MAD equipment. pulse which can be applied to a computer, coordinate plotter, strip chart recorder, audio oscillator or any other such equipment. Cables and Connectors - The equipment shall provide for the connectors in accordance with Specification WR-101 (Part I) .3.3.3.2 Interconnection Cabling - The equipment shall be cap

The external wiring shall be unshielded, except that a minimum number of individual wires may be shielded when demonstrated as necessary to meet interference

External cables and that portion of the connectors attached to the cables shall not be supplied as part of the equipment. . , . 3.3.4 Interchangeability of Reordered Equipment - For reordered eq

31、uipment, interchangeability shall exist between units and all replaceable assemblies, subassemblies and parts of a designated model of any previously manufactured equipment, supplies or designated by the procuring activity. 3.3.5 Interference Control - The equipment shall cnnform with all of the req

32、uirements of iJR-101 (Part I) for design, construction and workman- ship.
