Unless otherwise specified, tolerances are .02 for two-place decimals and .015 for three-place decimals. 2. Mounting flange. Meters wi
4、th fixed flanges shall be tin plated on the front surface of the mounting flange in accordance with ASTM-B545 to provide an electrical ground for the case. In accordance with Table I, meters may be furnished with no flange or with adjustable split mount flanges in accordance with MS3345-1. 3. Life a
5、ccuracy. Meter accuracy shall be 0.1 percent from -85 to 257 F (-65 to 125 C) and 100 to 130 VAC at 60 Hz. 4. Frequency rating. The meter shall operate satisfactorily and maintain accurately the life accuracy limits as specified above over the frequency range of 50 to 70 Hz (see Note 1). 5. Power co
6、nsumption. The average power consumption at 115 volts alternating current (VAC), 60 Hz shall not exceed 0.3W. 6. Operating temperature range. The operating temperature range shall be from -85 to 257 F (-65 to 125 C). 7. Time range. Total readout of the meters shall be 9999 hours. 8. Transient protec
7、tion. No temporary or permanent degradation shall be produced in the meter if the input voltage should increase to 180V rms at 50 to 70 Hz for a period of 150 milliseconds maximum. 9. Voltage range. The operating voltage shall be from 100 to 130 VAC. 10. Weight. Weight shall be not greater than 0.6
8、ounce with flange. 11 Dielectric strength test voltages. The dielectric test voltages shall be 350 V root mean square (rms) at altitude specified in MIL-DTL-7793 and 600 V rms at room ambient temperature (approximately +25 C) and pressure. 12. Qualification tests. Qualification tests shall be conduc
9、ted in accordance with MIL-DTL-7793, except that the dielectric strength, voltage, temperature and accuracy shall be as specified herein.
