SCOPE 1.1 This specification governs the preparation of ma

2、nganese delay composition and the methods of inspection and tests upon which product acceptance will be based. 2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS 2.1 The following documents of the issue in effect on date of invitation for bids or request for proposals form a part of this speci- fication to the extent specifie

REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Formulation of manganese delay compositions. T

10、he manganese delay composition shall be formulated from treated manganese powder, and barium chromate and/or lead chromate. proportioning, and compounding ingredients to obtain designated burning time values are provided in OD 9360.
