No data is required by this specifi- cation or by applicable documents referenced in Section 2, unless speci- fied in the- contract or order (see 6.2). 3.1.2 Materials and tr

6、eatments of materials and parts. Unless other- wise specified in the contract or order, all materials and treatments of materials and parts used in the manufacture of the power unit test set shall be in accordance with the requirements specified herein and with the applicable documents listed in DL

7、2540730. 3.1.3 Requests for deviation. Each request that a deviation be author- ized shall have been submitted to the Procuring Activity, and the deviation shall have been authorized by the Naval Ordnance Systems Command or by a Naval Activity delegated such authority, prior to the production of the

8、 affected item, or prior to the performance of a particular operation on the item. ation. The request shall define the suggested deviation in sufficient detail to permit the Procuring Activiijty to evaluate its effect on per- formance and reliability, and the reasons for the suggested deviation shal

9、l be stated. Each request that a deviation be authorized, and the authorization, shall state specifically the extent of the departure, the identifying number of the item, the contractor (or bidder), and tk con- tract number. A deviation is essentially temporary in character, and usually represents a

10、 departure limited to a specific period, to a specific number of Items or to the contract to which it applies. an equitable reduction in contract price if a decrease in the cost of per- formance results therefrom. 11、rmance and product characteristics 3.2.1 Input power. The power unTt test set (hereafter referred to as test set) shall provide means for switching power on and off to the test set and to the power unit being tested, Indicator lamps shall be provided to ascertain that power is being applied. Maximum

12、 and minimum load con- ditions shall be provided for the power unit, a panel meter and test points shall be provided for measuring voltage levels. The quality conformance tests and examinations of 4.5 shall be completed and the results recorded or verified in this report form prior to acceptance of the te
