2、d 12 December 1969, Page 2 and is approved for use by all Departments and Agencies of the Department of Defense, * 3.1, Delete and substitute: “3.1 First article. When specified, a sample shall be subjected to first article inspection (see 4.3 and 6.2).“. Page 3 3.7.4, line 2: Add “Plastic end caps
