Contaminants such as sulfur or sulfur- bearing compounds, carbon or carbon compounds from lubricants used in forming, machining, or other processing and marking materials used for in-process identi- fication shall be remo
4、ved from the material prior to any heat treatment. Tubing shall be bright annealed in an inert or reducing atmosphere to produce a clean surface or cleaned after heat treatment.
